    About Tamara Daniels

    My experience ranges from managing a 1.2 million dollar budget, to coaching writing students at Yale University, and managing a team of more than 100 employees. Additionally, I am the first student from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana to graduate with two Bachelors from my college. I am a results-oriented manager, who is broadminded and technical. I am a resourceful team leader, and recruit, coach and develop team members. I am forward thinking, detail-oriented, and have the ability to logically solve complex problems. I am a highly motivated employee who has a proven record of preparing and tracking budgets, in addition to more than 15 years of knowledge and experience as a supervisor. I can review a business plan and logically create a plan of action. Because of my experience, I am able to think more strategically and creatively, which helps me skillfully balance and manage social relationships.
