# Multiple Regression Analysis

I need help with the Multiple Regression.

A new Human resources manager at Beta Technologies is trying to understand the way that salaries have been set at the company. He has access to data on the following employee characteristics: gender, age, years of experience at the company, years of prior industry experience, and education (in years of education post-high school). As an intern at the company, you are tasked with performing a multiple regression of salary on these various employee characteristics and explaining the results. Thoroughly describe what you can learn from this regression and with the goal of understanding how salaries are determined at Beta Technologies.
