Product is an improved version of the remote starter for the Lexus automobile line.
The remote starter is an upgrade of the current starters on the market. The owner will be able to automatically start their car and the sensors within the car will adjust the temperature to a comfortable level according to the outside temperature. The starter will automatically alert the driver when the inside of the automobile has reached a comfortable temperature. The starter will continue to run an additional two minutes after alerting the driver before automatically shutting off. The product will be available as an additional amenity on new vehicles. This is my product idea, but I need help with the following:
A SWOTT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, and Trends) analysis on the new product or service

Identify the appropriate price strategy that should be used for the product or service and explain why you consider it appropriate
Analyze the impact of channel management decisions on the marketing or your selected product or service. Select appropriate distribution channels for your product or service and address costs in terms of placement, shipping, and middlemen
Identify the appropriate promotional strategy that should be used in the development of the strategic marketing plan
Develop an initial sales promotion schedule
Create an advertising plan
Identify public relations opportunities for the product/service

The strengths of the new product are that the product has a range of 1000 feet, it will automatically adjust the car temperature and alert the owner when normal temperature is reached.

Opportunities: The starter can be sold as an OEM product to several other car makers like Mazda, Ford or GM. There is a demand for such devices even in countries like Japan.
Threats: There are several sophisticated remote starters in the market that have diagnostic test system for automobiles and the ability to detect a manual system.
Trends: The current trends in the industry relate to remote starting devices that come with security devices of all types, devices that can be installed by the owner himself and low priced remote starting devices.
