My name is Jason Blair and it is my pleasure to be assisting you today with some notes related to the strengths and weaknesses of the supportive, directive, and participative styles of leadership. By way of introduction, I am a professor in the state of Arizona.

The simplest way for me to approach this for you is to just talk about each of the three mentioned styles of leadership separately. My notes are below.

Supportive Leadership - Supportive leadership are more resource oriented. By this I mean that they are not really the type of leader that gives out orders and then leaves everyone to complete the task on their own.
