The Topic :
Leadership is contingent upon the leader's personal attributes, characteristics and leadership style, this is what is most important about leadership. Because of this, leaders have very divergent styles of leadership wherein each leader will incorporate their own personal strengths into their leadership while attempting to mitigate any weaknesses. leadership study offers' to students the ability to become effective leaders' in their field because of courses that offer great instruction on leadership.
Business management is predicated upon proficiency in understanding how leaders are able to manage and lead their corporations to success. The ability to obtain knowledge on leadership skills and how to become a competent leader will continue to reap benefits for any pursuit into business management. By studying this course I learned a lot of information about the role and the types of effective Leadership in the community and business management. This will help to increase my ability to improve the performance of business through training to gain new skills, I believe all this will contribute to give good results, such as increase of production, profits, and ensure the continuation of the company in competition.
