The first role identified is that of leadership development: The duties and responsibilities of the person associated with leadership development will be to empower participants, teaching the difference between leadership and management, understanding leadership behavior, gaining insight into the mission, vision and strategic objectives of the company, and defining their qualities and strengths.
The second role identified is that of improving communication skills and problem solving: The duties and responsibilities of the role is to teach how to be assertive and understand, develop excellent meeting skills in participants, develop listening, speaking and listening skills, and develop high degree of communications.
