The Chairman of the company, Johachim Hauser's dream has always focused on fusing the nexus between man's quest to conquer the seas and living peaceably in its environs alongside aquatic life. Hydropolis enables us to explore our inner sanctum that originates with sound of fluids in our mother's wombs. Now, we will be able to do so in an oceanic environment that lifts the spirit, refreshes the mind and heals the body with nature's most abundant resource - water.

Mr Hauser formed a team of specialists in submarine construction and offshore construction techniques, with sub-teams specializing in safety, oceanic architecture and design, integration of standard hotel business plans to the underwater model, and marketing teams that would specifically bridge the innate human resistance to living under the seas.
