Three leadership challenges in a global world are as follows. They consist of lack of self-awareness, stubbornness, and selfishness. All of these I have seen in organization I have either worked for or observed. For example, when I used to work for Afford A Care, management only cared about themselves, and did everything possible to make sure that their residents died without the family knowing the true causes of their death. As one can tell, they were quite selfish, and did everything possible to make sure that they covered up their actions in order to benefit themselves. Another example pertaining to this is in regards to their stubbornness.
