Employee training is one of the human resource management activities that are given importance and are allocated funds by the company. According to Certo (1994), employee training is the process of developing the knowledge, skills, and other qualities of the employee in order to make him more productive and be able to contribute more effectively in the attainment of organizational goals and objectives. Hence, it is a way to better equip an individual for his present job.
