According to Certo (1994), employee training is the process of developing the knowledge, skills, and other qualities of the employee in order to make him more productive and be able to contribute more effectively in the attainment of organizational goals and objectives. Hence, it is a way to better equip an individual for his present job. Training process includes determination of training needs, designing the training program, administering or implementing the training program, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training program.
