The current environment is impressive and can also be considered "overkill." Can this be possible? Overkill in diversity? I admire the company for addressing the issue, but I feel the company is segregating its employees. How? The company currently has six separate resource groups specifically broken down by African-Americans, Latinos, Asian-Americans, Gays and Lesbians, Parents and People with Disabilities. (document) Is this necessary? Why not just have one resource group for all?

Diversity means to hire individuals from all backgrounds putting the skills of the individual before any race, gender or disability issues. The company does well in its hiring process but at the same time divides the groups with its "resource groups" factor.
