I would want to pursue a topic that I was compelled to, which would provoke a good reading experience foI would want to pursue a topic that I was compelled to, which would provoke a good reading experience for my instructor. I don't know the depth of content or classroom discussion but perhaps something that seemed to be an ongoing theme, to put into a real life scenario would be worthy of consideration.

To me, in EVERYTHING (even the nonprofit I founded) revolves around COST BENEFIT ANALYSIS and consideration of that is paramount.

I don't know where you are but I'd enjoy one of two options. One finding a local facility (clinic, nonprofit health organization, or hospital) and either determining one that is doing well or NOT profiting (or has a bad reputation), and learn about why. Also, I'd build in a 'what if question.'

For example, if the local hospital was known for its maternity services and suddenly for some reason, like weather, disaster, fatal ...
