The purpose of the behavior change approach is to provide individuals with enough information that will educate them and propel them to want to change their behavior for the better. In our case, the older adults would need to be provided information with the use of leaflets, posters, etc... Moreover, the health education of older adults should contain a lot of graphics, pictures, statistics, instruction about disease processes and complications, outcomes of lack of prevention, and plenty of statistics. ...
