This applies to all clients, including older adults. There are various considerations in assessing older adults. It is important to note that successful aging requires the balance of these 3 concerns - "avoiding disease and disability, sustaining high cognitive and physical function, and engaging with life" (Comprenhensive Geriatric Assessment, 2022).
