You own and run a transportation company in Alberta. You have been selected as the preferred supplier for several large businesses; however, because of the increase in gas prices, you will no longer be able to provide your service at the rate you established six months ago without going bankrupt. It is now necessary to raise your rates by 60%.

Part 1 - Write a letter to the companies you supply explaining the situation to them.

Part 2 - Write a memo to your staff so they know what is happening and will be prepared to deal with any customer questions or complaints.

2. You are the Customer Service Manager at your company. Please respond to a customer who has written to you with a complaint about low quality goods that they purchased from your web site.

3. Write a letter of recommendation for one of your employees to accompany an application for law school.
