Let's look at a few examples. Would society tend to hire a contractor who is interviewed by the media if the majority of the conversation from the contractor is vulgar? Would society tend to hire an attorney who is interviewed on his boat talking about how much money he earned last year? Would society tend to hire a nanny who is smoking during her interview? The answer to all of these questions is no.
