One of the main reasons for Kodak's failure has been its inability to adapt the fundamental shift in the photography market from traditional films to Digital Photography. Kodak was too late and slow to react to these changes that revolutionized the photography industry. Most of the Kodak's efforts to gain a foothold in the digital space was a catchup game.
