According to the Peter, he is not motivated at all with his job. He does not care about his work. This is mainly becuase he has eight different bosses, and if Intech should ship some more units. Since he probably is getting mixed signals from his bosses, he has no idea of what is expected of him, and is then seeking to get attention by means of doing a task to please despite not knowing all of company policy to the extent that management does.
