The global ad campaign that I feel was successful was that of Plastic Surgery created by DDB in Canada. The visual shows a woman drinking from a "transparent" glass through which her nose and upper mouth is visible. One a moment later the audience notices another glass with a picture of the mount and nose of a woman standing below the picture. The communication is that the Plastic surgery is so perfect that it is picture perfect.
