Baby boomers rely on the Internet as a very good source of information in their marketing decisions. They stay online to seek information on things that interest them, to keep in touch with family and friends, and to shop online. They rely on feedback from family and friends more when it comes to products and services. They participate in social media but they are considered passive participants and they mostly just read blogs and reviews but hardly post comments or compose a blog.
