Starbucks is a U.S based company and a global brand. The company also has a presence on social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest etc. The social media metrics has been assessed for the brand 'Starbucks' using Buzzsumo (Buzzsumo, 2020). The metrics used by the free tool included articles published and engagement and these are assessed on different social media. Engagement has different meaning for different social media platforms.
