1. Physicians, like other professionals, often have little down time and look forward to time with family. Though many of the physicians have high incomes, they will not likely appreciate losing money or incomplete or no refunds for travel tickets they have purchased. They are also concerned about not being able to visit with family over the holiday. Though there are a few options, there are costs associated with all of them.

The first option is to schedule a hotel conference room for several hours each day, so that physicians can get together with their families in the evenings and celebrate. In order to bring family members together, the organization will either have to pay for or reimburse physicians for costs of traveling for family members, as well as for hotel accommodations.
