1) A leader should be addressed with respect. Different organizations and different group structures will dictate exactly what the formal address should be - whether it's with Mr. Smith or John. No matter what, though, a leader is one that should demand respect by earning the respect. And that means addressing the leader with respect. In some instances, a great leader needs to be addressed more informally to be shown as a member of the team. In every instance, it is the leader themselves that will dictate the address. They must, however, remember to set boundaries and expectations.
