Examining and identifying the companies structure and its strengths and weaknesses would help to determine where the company is profitable and would show through its productivity and knowledge of the employee and where the changes should be implemented that would help to train employees to be more efficient and accurate with the work put forth. Creating systems like Total Quality Management (TQM) systems, training and learning systems for employees, accountability or other measurement devices would create a path of developing effective learning devices and bringing everyone from the leader to the employee on board with the idea. Determining whether the current training system is working for the organization or should be changed to create more efficiency and understanding of the employees learning processes is critical.
