The emerging HR challenges for my business are related to the business of my company. My firm make batteries for computers and these batteries are exported to several countries. My company has plans setting up manufacturing facilities abroad. For this the business needs to create business strategies that will work in the global market. This is the first HR strategy. The company wants to make extra lone life batteries. Those that have a longer life than most commonly available batteries need to be developed. The HR challenge is to recruit such qualified personnel, ensure they are trained, and place them in appropriate positions.
