I would use facilitation and negotiation. Negotiation is as much team oriented as singular and as such can be done one on one with authority to change the agreement as the negotiation continues. Facilitation is a leadership that guides a group through a meeting, allowing all sides to be heard and brainstorming not only what the problems are, but alternatives and solutions.
