Therefore, the unconditional insurance model entailed improving access to care for the elderly and poor towards making health care services delivery more accessibility to every American than a few.
Try and think of the delivery of the health care service system through cooperative means by allowing the elderly and poor, especially, in accessing more affordable care within a marketplace of exchange.
