Five services or strategies my base provides or should provide:
1. For those people on the post, my base has medical treatment for shock. Its medical services provide reasonably good medical treatment for neurogenic shock, hypovolemic shock, anaphylactic shock, cardio-genic shock, and septic shock. This is short-term medical treatment. Usually, the treatment is provided by stabilizing the person, giving CRP, and treating obvious injuries. Also, while the person is made comfortable, he is given intravenous fluids and oxygen. Next, tests such as heart tests, x-rays, blood tests, urine tests, or CT scans are done and treatment is provided depending on the type of shock.

2. There is one counseling center in the base for posttraumatic stress disorder. Normally, those who are exposed to a major traumatic event are sent to the counseling ...
