Summary: This paper looks into the relationship between organizational culture, leadership style and job satisfaction in a Nigerian private manufacturing company International Brewery PLC, Ilesha) with 80% of the workforce from junior to senior staff participating. Utilizing standardised psychological instruments (i.e. organizational culture scale, results showed that more employees were satisfaction with their work in comparison to those who were not. The predominant leadership style was democratic while the culture is competitive. Olasupo concluded, based on the results that organizational culture and leadership style and job satisfaction.

In this study, Olasupo (2011) wanted to determine if, in the case of International Brewery PLC, a private company in Nigeria, job satisfaction is cause or affected by organizational culture and leadership style. For him (Olasupo, 2011), " Satisfaction has to do with an individual's perception and evaluation of his job, and this perception is influenced by the person's unique circumstances like needs, values and expectations, and that people will therefore evaluate their jobs on the basis of factors which they regard as being important to them."
