What is your definition of terrorism? Explain your definition.

Terrorism according to my definition is any form of violence that induces fear, grief, and panic in a population for any reason. Therefore, I believe that using drone warfare to kill targets, which result in the deaths of innocent women and children is a form of terrorism that is committed by the United States. In my opinion terrorism cannot be confined to the definitions put forth by nation states who try to control the narrative.
