Mr. C. does fall in this category but needs close supervision to make sure that he changes his lifelong habits of self-defeating lack of exercise and poor eating behaviors. A psychologist or psychiatric should see Mr. C. to find out why he has gained 100 pounds in just the last 2-3 years. This may be an important piece of the puzzle in making sure he keeps off the weight.
