Under what conditions would it make sense to cancel or reverse the implementation of a strategy? What would be involved in canceling a strategy? Is it likely that substantial funds have been invested, new people have been hired or current people retrained, new equipment purchased, new facilities constructed, supplier contracts negotiated, and marketing campaigns launched.
