The philosophy that characterizes managed care in many health care organizations such as health care institutions, attempt to ensure improved coordination and positive outcomes of clients' care. The objective of managed care is to provide desired clinical outcomes through the most cost-effective manner possible capable of supporting the patient, the healthcare organization, and ultimately the delivery of health care. Managed care is placated upon hiring competent and qualified nurses, doctors, and other healthcare personnel that work in a variety of settings either directly with clients/caregivers and providers or as a liaison be­tween the professional and facility providers as well the managed care organization (MCO), and community agencies.
