When dealing with teenage pregnancy prevention using the Stetler model, it's imperative for the healthcare providers to first recognize the steps associated with this model and the importance of each step. The objective of the healthcare providers is to provide standards, tools, policies, etc. that are in accordance with preventing teens from becoming pregnant, and to accomplish this, a formal change must occur within the current program that is placated upon credible research used in collusion with critical thinking and reflective practice to usher in change toward teenage sexual activities that lead to pregnancy. The program that will be examined would be the federal government's pregnancy prevention program that targets teen pregnancy from the period spanning from 2010-2015 wherein the first objective is to Identify the need to solve a problem or ...
