In the workplace, I have observed that women generally are far more careful when delivering or giving criticism to employees, especially people under their care. In my office, my female boss is in conflict with my male boss over their management styles. The female gender appears to be more sensitive when it comes to emotional issues and they tend to care about ensuring that the criticism is not received too harshly as they are very sensitive to issues in the workplace that can affect intra personal relationships at a personal level.
