Electronic Communication for Business
Using Annual Reports as a method of external business communication
Using Letters as form of business Communication
Aims of Internal Business Communication
Barriers to Communication and Causes of Communication Failure in Businesses
Faxes and Leaflets
Methods of Communication
Processes of Communication in a Business Organisation
Telex and Teletext for Business Communication
Using a Tannoy System for Business Communication
External Business Communication
Using Notices in Business Communication
Videoconferencing for Business Communication

a rough draft(2)
The business communication course should be retained because computerized electric telecommunications have created a global village in terms of the immediacy within which people across the world can share conversations, televised pictures, and interactive software on VDU's, maps, graphics, and circuits. It states any new developments, objectives, and financial status about the organization.
The business communication course teaches us to write business letters. Letters can be used for internal communication but are mainly used for external communication. They provide written means of communication and can also include diagrams.
The business communication course teaches us the basics of internal communication:
To inform staff on new policies, arrangements, developments, processes etc.
To request information from any employee in the company to assist in making decisions for the company or provide feedback after analysing situations.
The business communication course is useful for removing barriers to communication:
· Barriers to communication can occur if the recipient has failed to convey. The recipient deliberately makes a choice to misinterpret the message because of their attitude to either the sender to the message at hand.

The business communication course should be retained because it teaches us the importance of Fax.Fax is a way of sending documents through the telephone system. Leaflets can also be an important method of external communication because they can advertise the organisation and show the public in not too detailed written communication, what the business is about.
The business communication course teaches us informal communication. The small number of employees in a small organization means that most of the communication is informal. In a larger business, communication becomes more formal as each employee / worker will come into personal contact with few others outside their own area of work. There are lots of different types of communication. Some of them combine with other methods as both types of communication can be used.

The business communication course teaches us the process of communication. The process of communication would be as follows: Message conceived - decision made to send message and reasons why. Message encoded - information for notice and what sort of layout is going to be used etc.
The business communication course is useful as it teaches us the basics of tannoy. This is quicker than finding the worker in person. Sometimes, it can also be used to make customer announcements, which means that it falls into external communication as well as internal communication.
The business communication course should be retained because it teaches us how to make notices:Notices are methods used to keep the workforce as a whole up to date with what is going on. It can contain diagrams as well as written information. A written record of the message is kept.
The business communication course teaches us the importance of videoconferencing:The benefits of videoconferencing are that there will be more participation in discussions and meeting between and within organisations as all individuals who are supposed to be present will be there. Compared to teleconference (which is audio only, videoconferencing makes multiple participants less awkward to deal with because of the visual advantages. Also, there is the ability to share graphics interactively over a teleconference.

The business communication course should be retained because it teaches us the essentials of computerized communications in a business environment. Computerized electric telecommunications have created a global village in terms of the immediacy within which people across the world can share conversations, televised pictures, and interactive software on VDU's, maps, graphics, and circuits. The process of making decisions has also increased in speed due to the instant access to databanks of information held in huge mainframe computer memory banks. A disadvantage to all of this would be that employees, managers' etc wouldn't have much time to properly understand and provide feedback to the large amounts of information inputted everywhere.
