Group work forms an important part of teamwork. A team needs to be focused and able to achieve desired objectives or aims. Keep in mind that members have their particular traits and character. One may be introvert the other commanding. The group gets its strength from the different expertises of each member. As long as a clear set of goals is adhered to, the group can effectively resolve problems and equally create a good learning environment. A member has to be chosen who will be the group leader and spokesperson. Others will fit in depending on their particular expertise.

Leadership style is the manner and approach of providing direction, implementing plans, and motivating people in an organization. Some different styles of leadership include authoritarian (autocratic); participative (democratic) and delegative (free reign).
