I have a paper to write and would like some ideas.

Description: "Review the articles on information literacy and write a 700 - 1050 word paper critically analyzing the topic from a perspective that discusses scholarship, practice, and leadership. The paper should demonstrate the following components:

a. An articulate comparison and contrast of the author's perspectives, building a greater understanding of each in the process. The synthesis of a minimum of one current, peer-reviewed external source into the comparison. Note: This paper is not a report on information literacy. Rather it is an exploration of how this topic influences scholarship, practice and leadership within a selected discipline (e.g. education, business, health care)

Any ideas and information will be much appreciated. I have selected the education discipline for this paper. I would like some thoughts on where to go with this paper, points to cover. Thank you.

Article 1 is titled, Presidential committee on information literacy: Final report (1989), which was released on January 10, 1989, in Washington, D.C. The purpose of this final report is to outline the importance of information literacy and recommendations for the future. Specifically, it argues for the importance of Information Literacy to individuals, business, and citizenship. It suggests opportunities to develop information literacy and also addresses the information age in school.
It argues for a personal, business and national integration of knowledge and need for information literacy of personal happiness, as well as the good of the nation as a whole.
