Debate Paper Structure

Am very confused and have never written a formal paper before as a "debate" paper. Have to debate the pro side of one subject already given to us in a formal paper...a debate style paper, and we have to do this as a team of four...so we are all clueless on how to do this.
Is there an easy outline, or example to follow to help get us started? It is due in 5 days, and we do not have much time. Don't know how to start to write this. Thank you!!!!!!
