Technology currently has a major impact in classrooms within the majority of school districts but it will have an even greater impact in future as future classrooms will be characterized by using technology-enhanced objects to assist in building virtual and physical learning spaces to facilitate student learning. More classrooms have embedded technology into the fabric of the classroom wherein technological tools are used to assist in traditional pedagogy to the extent that some classrooms rely entirely upon technology for teaching courses to students.
