Effective communication

To ensure that effective communication occurs between the leadership and staff, leaders must issue out mission statements that can convey the leaders' visionary vision for the staff as well as elicit organizational commitment to the mission by staff. I would suggest that the leader exhibit charisma, enable the staff to participate in the decision-making process, and also use bottom-up communication wherein the staff have access to the administration throughout the entire process. This will ensure that staff remain ingrained within the entire process of change for the organization as well as committed to the vision set forth by the leader.
