The process will be transferred to person certified as a master in black belt level since he is in charge of six sigma programs and he is also responsible to oversee the implementation of six sigma processes. He guides six sigma project teams and therefore the six sigma process should be transferred to him to confirm that all the activities and outcomes provided are accurate.
Control plan
The control plan provides process or product variables and provides characteristics of the process or product, how they are going to be measured and analyzed. It involves collecting data, generating controls for major variables, develop a plan that will continuously improve the process or product and determining to whom and how the process will be transferred to owners (Drake et al, 2008).
The first step in control phase of six sigma program is developing a monitoring plan that will ensure that the improved process is operating at the desired efficiency and provides desired quality. In order to monitor the improved process, documentation and the standardization of the improved process is important. Documentation is facilitated by identifying the qualities, characteristics and variables that should be measured and recorded.
