INTRODUCTION
In the world of chaos, people deliberately search for places that can provide emotional calm and peace to them. This project aims to connect the people with the events of the church so that they can find a place to relax and isolate themselves from all the civil disturbances. To connect and communicate with the people, a church will require an IT solution that can assist in broadcasting the events of the church. Moreover, with the installation of the IT solution, the events and performance of the church could be done in broader way. Thus, such technology will help the world to communicate with the church virtually.
The project Operation Congregation Connectivity is one, which would be carried out in the rural area and it will require installation of an IT solution that would help the church to broadcast its events and functions virtually to its members. This project would require the alteration of the structure of the church in order to install the IT solution. After the completion of this project, the rural area would be able to connect itself with the virtual world.
PROJECT PURPOSE AND JUSTIFICATION
The purpose of this project is to develop or install software in the church, which would help it to virtually connect with the world. The installation of the software would also assist the church in propagating its events or functions on a weekly and annual basis and would help the church to connect itself with the world. Moreover, when its activities will be viewed by others, the popularity of the church will increase and it will provide an assistant to all those, who cannot be present at the time when some important activity is conducted at the church.
Moreover, as the church is situated in the rural area, its existence would be known to others, its popularity would increase and any other information, which is of concern, could easily be delivered and also it can be explained virtually. Christianity religion would also be spread and it would help the community to spread its message on a global basis.
SCOPE DESCRIPTION
The scope of the project lies in its ability to bridge the gap of communication faced by the people in connecting with the church and mental peace. It will further help the church to develop the necessary infrastructure in order to meet the future requirements. Moreover, when the events and live concerts will be viewed by people on a larger scale, it will spread Christianity and its messages globally, irrespective of any boundaries. The project will continue in three phases. The first phase will deal with the planning of the project in terms of its funds, accessibility, and need and future requirements. It will also deal with the feasibility analysis of the project in making the decision whether to continue with it or not. The second phase deals with the installation process in which the location, layout design, equipment would be gathered. In the last phase, implementation of the project would be done. In this phase, the gap analysis would also play a major part to achieve the success in the future. Further, training to the staff would also be provided to make them skilled in the use of the equipment. The project will also consider that the standards are met accurately or not.
HIGH-LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
The major requirement concerned with this project is the development of software, which would help in bridging the gap between communication and information exchange. Moreover, the installation of software would improve the surrounding and would bring the advance technology to the church.
