I was motivated to become a manager by previous supervisors I had. I admired their skills in being able to seem to comprehend everything that used to go on within the company. However, what inspired me above all else was their sheer determination to perfect everything they did. Their zeal and determination to see things work out and in the way they managed to professionally organize people were aspects I greatly admired.
