    The second part of the project for this week is to create and e-marketing strategy for COSTCO. Learning team C has chosen to redesign the current COSTCO web site to reach our target market in a more effective way with a tight budget. Learning Team C will develop an eMarketing Strategy that will target our customers and will tap into next generation marketing to get the attention and loyalty of the customers by giving them what they need and have asked for.

    Target Market with a tight budget
    We don't have a large budget and need to effectively reach our target market. We have chosen to focus on Costco Wholesale's B2C. Because our budget is small, opt-in email is ideal for this situation. This is how it works, this subscriber list is assumed to be an "opt-in" list, meaning that they must somehow request (via a sign up form on your website, in person, or by making a purchase, etc.) to be placed on your email list. The benefit of using opt-in lists is that these are people who actually want to receive your newsletter, which will include information about your product and industry.
