The risks in implementing a global strategy is far greater than that of a domestic strategy for a number of reasons. First of all, people have to overcome cultural barriers. This deals with language, religion, and so forth. These are areas that could cuase individuals to get upset easily because of how diverse the population is, and how how strong one is in their ideology. Another one worth considering is that of the target market. Management would need to ask themselves questions about whether or not they are interested in the endeavor or to look elsewhere because of a lack of interest. The last and most crucial is that of international laws and those within the country in which the business wants to grow globally. These can help or hurt a company financially, and an executive should not minimize any aspect of it.

From what I can gather, the risks that I would say that are the greatest is important. These are with the laws because one neations eithcs may not appear similar to that of those who are in management from another country; therefore, if they want to do business in one location, then they may have to consider if it worthwhile or not.
