Competency based training if the method of training which focuses on the achieving that is possible due to training and experience that is needed to work more efficiently and effectively. Wal-Mart is the e company which I will be working for. This company is largest retailer in USA which focuses on training to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Company is using STRIVR's training platform which is a Next Gen learning program (STRIVR, 2018). It has created a large number of training scenarios in VR throughout number of Walmart academies which trains around 150000 employees.
