HRD is continuously focused on improving skills, knowledge and efficiency of employees. It enhances on developing dynamic work force with the help of case-based decision making training method so that workers are able to perform key responsibilities.

Improving productivity
Enhancing productivity is always key focus for the organisations that are competing in highly dynamic competitive market. Competency based training if the method of training which focuses on the achieving that is possible due to training and experience that is needed to work more efficiently and effectively. Wal-Mart is the e company which I will be working for. This company is largest retailer in USA which focuses on training to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Company is using STRIVR's training platform which is a Next Gen learning program (STRIVR, 2018). It has created a large number of training scenarios in VR throughout number of Walmart academies which trains around 150000 employees. It has resulted to about 70% employees to learning better than those employees who are not trained using STRIVR (Robertson, 2017).
