Hi Nora,
I hope you are having a wonderful day. My comment on your post has bought to my attention that leader-follower for situations is vital in leadership. I want to say that I was very intrigued by you researched information about you chosen leader (Carol M. Meyrowitz President/CEO of TJX Company), and how he was such an influence to his followers. Situational leadership varies on leadership styles per whatever the challenges may be, but I can say one thing, is that personality performance leading others is something to adjust to, if not part of your practice, or just having a natural to prepare change-oriented with a vision to show. Great Job!

1- What are your thoughts on rational behavior in leadership, and what are some successful methods you will use to prepare the influence to followers to the future for an organization movement to compete with other companies in the industry? Thoughts?
