The Director of Change Management for Iron WorX is preparing a presentation for senior leaders about the data discovered during organizational diagnosis. What are some feedback strategies that could be used in order to ensure that key stakeholders understand the results of the organizational diagnosis and are prepared to support the change?

Change is an unsettling prospect at every level of an organization, but in order to get people on board with change it is of utmost importance to facilitate change from the top down (Jones, Aguirre, & Calderone, 2004). At every level employees look to leadership for guidance, thus key stakeholders such as upper-level executives, managers and mid-level associates must be able to model the desired elements of change in the workplace.
Method of Communication
Knowing that change management requires the support of corporation's key stakeholders, how should change be communicated? Understandably, change is met in different ways. For example, some people are critical of change, others dismiss change all together, and still others react in unpredictable fashions when change is presented. For these reasons, it is important to communicate change in the most intimate way possible. Meetings are the best way to get people together, introduce change policies and get the reactions from those key stakeholders that will facilitate change throughout the organization from the beginning.
