The leader must establish a good rapport with employees by leading by example and establishing a vision and mission for the organization that is concise and clearly communicated. The leader is capable of inspiring employees to remain committed to the organization through positive and inclusive policies that facilitate teamwork and stress the importance of collaboration, the transformational leader is able to challenge workers while also providing guidance and encouragement.

Transformational leaders possess exceptional people skills that enable them to recognize and exploit existing needs within the organization while motivating employees to engage in organizational transformation that is predicated upon a dedication to something more than individualistic goals or pursuits. Transformational leaders are charismatic and develop a rapport with employees by displaying genuine respect and including their opinions into the decision-making process wherein employees become
committed to the organizational vision and mission of the leader, who is transformational and A leader with these exceptional people skills brings an advantage to any endeavor she undertakes.
Strengths associated with transformational leaders include the capability to bring more prosperity to the organization by lowering employee turnover.
