I must: Prepare a 15-20 slide Microsoft PowerPoint® slide Presentation with presenter's notes in which you develop a staffing plan for the SMC or Vitual Company. Determine how many people you need to hire and in what functional areas (manufacturing, operations, customer service, distribution, marketing, finance/accounting). Develop strategies to recruit the appropriate applicants.

All i am looking for is just some information i can incorporate into the presentation. I do not need the presentation done at all. The Virtual Oganiziation is McBride Financial Institute http://finishcollege.tripod.com/

This is the main thing I am looking for some info on:
Determine how many people you need to hire and in what functional areas (manufacturing, operations, customer service, distribution, marketing, finance/accounting). Develop strategies to recruit the appropriate applicants. It does not have to be alot just some good ideas to go on.
